Resolve Immigration Consultancy employs legal case workers who only specialise in UK immigration law. We are totally dedicated to providing the very highest of standards. We are level 3 OISC credited, which is the highest accreditation an immigration firm can have regarding UK immigration law. Our level 3 OISC accreditation allows our caseworkers to prepare and present cases and represent clients before the First Tier Tribunal Immigration and Asylum chambers (IAC).

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
INITIAL CONSULTATION
When you first approach Resolve Immigration Consultancy you will be given an initial assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to find out about you and your circumstances so we can advise you on the appropriate course of action to take in relation to your particular immigration matter. We will consider your immigration history and look at all your documentation. We will give you a honest straightforward assessment of your case and your chances of success.
We treat all enquires, conversations and correspondence between ourselves and our clients in the strictest confidence.
CASEWORKER APPOINTMENT
After the initial consultation, if you decide you would like us to represent you, you will be given a caseworker appointment. On this occasion your case will be gone into in depth. Any further information needed will be taken. You will be informed of the fee, the likelihood of success, documents you need to provide. When we have all the necessary documentation, we will then make the application on your behalf.
In the case of entry clearance applications clients will have to submit their application in person to the nearest entry clearance post in their country of residence.
FEE - HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We work on a private client basis, this means that clients pay their own fees, we do not accept legal aid cases.
At Resolve Immigration Consultancy – our hourly charge is £150 per hour, however in order to make payment as straightforward as possible for our clients we operate a system of fixed fees wherever possible. These fees have been based on the time it will take an adviser to deal with your matter. A list of our current charges is available from our office and is given to clients at the initial consultation.
Where a matter is extremely complex we may charge our work at an hourly rate. A client will normally be given an estimate of such costs on consultation.
We charge an initial consultation fee of £80.
